My Question or Issue

I have been paying for a family plan for many months and thought it was fine, but every time I login with the email I signed up with it asks me if I want to sign up for a Premium plan.  I don't think I've ever been logged in to a Premium plan much less had my husband sign up which is why I signed up for it.  Should I just cancel it and sign up again?

Thanks for reaching out and welcome aboard to the Community! So do you use the Family plan yourself or do you just pay for it? You can always check your account page to see if you're actually Premium or not. If you see free but have a Premium account of your own, then you might have logged into the wrong account. In that case, consider these steps.
