Premium for family - adress

Solved!

Premium for family - adress

 Hi

I have a Premium for family account and after two months Spotify removed two persons of my invitation list. The argument was that they cannot verify the adress that is the same as mine. Now they cleared all those two and don't allow them to join again.

this don't make any sense, since in fact they live with me.

How can they join again? How can I prove that thy live with me?

thanks for your help.

Bonjour.

Je vis en famille recomposée dans 2 maisons différentes étant donné nos gardes alternées. Est-il possible malgré tout de prendre un abonnement spotify family? Nous avons 3 enfants en âges de pouvoir le faire et sommes 2 adultes.

Hey there @Zia333

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!

Since the Community's official language is English, we hope you don't mind us replying in English.

When it comes to shared or joint custody, you can still add your children to your Premium for Family plan. Be sure they add your address when upgrading.

Hope this helps clarify things. Have a lovely day!
