Spotify can not verify the adress for the family suscription

Hi everyone,

I'mtrying to join my wife to my family account, but spotify says that she can't join because is not possible to verify that is the same address of the admin... I don't know how to know exactly the address that I entered with my account, Because probably the one I'm putting changes only in some letters....

Hello. I have the same problem. To be honest my opinion is a bad service support from spotify.

I'm having a similiar problem. Spotify's staff won't even look at the tickets i'm sending and just replies with generated answers. You better start looking for yourself or someone else knows how to fix it.
