Still have not changed my account to Premium

Still have not changed my account to Premium

I am part of a Family membership but when I access I still have a Free account. I have been notifing this for months but no one has fixed it. I am getting really mad!

Thanks for reaching out to us, we'll do our best to help you out.

 

If your account shows as part of the Premium for Family plan on the owner's account, but you're unable to use Premium, you might have two or more Spotify accounts.

 

To cross this out, try following this troubleshooting, and make sure you don't have other Spotify accounts you could've used.

 

Once you check and if you don't find other accounts, ask the owner to send you a new invite and try redeeming it to see if you get any error messages.
