Swiss Account however family having French Phone number

Hello

Have paid for a swiss Family account as we just moved to switzerland, however as we are very near from France my childrens have kept their french number.

Have try to share the account with them with the specific code however the system refuse as they are not identify in the same country ...

Is there anyway to share this family account with them ase they are in the same house even if still having their french number ?

Most likely, the reason your family members aren't able to join the new plan, is because the country on their Spotify accounts is still France.

But don't worry, you can easely update the country on their accounts following this guide. You don't need to worry about losing or having to update their phone number.
