Using iphone12 bluetooth to stream, the voice is washed out

On any bluetooth speaker the voice is washed out, changing eq settings does not help

Could you try to log out > restart your phone > log back in to see if that makes any difference for you?

In case the issue persists, we'd like you to test this with a different account. Would you mind asking a friend or a family member to log in on your phone and test this out to see if the voice will still be washed out? 

On another note, it'd also be great if you let us know on what speakers you're experiencing this?
