Charged Incorrectly

I was charged for regular Premium ($9.99) despite verifying my status as a student ($4.99). Can I please have some help with this?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

When your student discount expires after 12 months, your Premium automatically continues at the full price. You can renew it from your account page just before your discount expires.
