My Question or Issue

I verified my student ID last month (April) but I've been charged £9.99 for May. The settings I changed last month have been removed?

Hi @Findlotte!

 

In addition to renewing the student discount, you have to change the plan back to Premium Student. This can be done either through the confirmation email you received from SheerID or from the account page - you just need to reenter your payment details. The changes will be automatically applied from the next billing date.
