Foi debitado valor maior no meu cartão de crédito

Assinei o plano de estudante e na fatura foi debitado valor maior sem ao menos avisar com antecedência que o plano estava prestes a finalizar. E direto no app a data de alteração do valor consta em 30/06 sendo que no cartão o valor foi creditado muito antes!!!

Thanks for posting in the Community! We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.

 

We send out an email when a user's discount is expiring one month before it does. We'd recommend that you check all your email addresses, spam folders included and see if the email about renewing your subscription is to be found there. 

 

It's also a good idea to double check if the email on your Spotify account is correct.


Keep in mind that you can renew your student discount from your account page. Once verified, your next payment will go through at the discounted price.

 

Lastly, if you've already been verified by SheerID, you should have received an email with a link for activation. You can click on the link to activate the offer. The link from SheerID is valid for 7 days. If you still can't find it or if the link is no longer active, we recommend reaching out to SheerID since their Customer Support team are in charge of the whole verification process.
