Me cobraron de mas este mes y cambiaron el plan sin mi consentimiento.

Me cobraron de mas este mes y cambiaron el plan sin mi consentimiento.

Tengo contratado el plan premium de estudiantes por el cual pago 57 cada mes; sin embargo, este mes me cobraron 115 y como plan individual cuando yo no he realizado ningún cambio en mi plan, quisiera una solución a mi problema para seguir teniendo mi plan de estudiante y el reembolso de la cantidad realizada de mas. Gracias.
