Stuck on SheerID verification page

I'm trying to verify my student status but whenever I click the "Next" button the page just reloads and clears the text field for school. I tried to use incognito but the same thing happened. My university is listed on the form so I have no idea what's wrong.

after clicking the next button, the school option becomes blank even if my school that is included in the drop-down list and i selected it before submitting
