Posted my disappointment to customer support

I left some notes to customer service support page to "unF' " the so called new update where we can't add to our playlist a song more than once from our mobile...Who tha F are these wise brains that seem to change with redundant methods thinking its new after they remove the REAL THINGS WE AS CUSTOMERS WITH YEARS USING SPOTIFY DO ENJOY...... ??!!??!!
