good morning. I canceled my premium account months ago, but continue to charge me 9.99 euros per month. I don't have any other accounts and I'm not connected to Facebook. what can I do to not receive other charges and get a refund?

I’m currently paying for premium and it says my plan it free but I’m being charged for premium monthly. It won’t allow me to cancel because my Spotify account stated I have a free plan.
