Inconsistency in albums that feature tracks from other albums

Inconsistency in albums that feature tracks from other albums

While using the Spotify Web API, I noticed inconsistency in the way tracks from original albums are featured on newer ones.

Intuitive Way

The album Blade Runner 2049 features "Can't Help Falling In Love" by Elvis Presley. There are 2 track IDs to play the song: 1R1lUKaZ9UNNtf3eA4OU3R from the Blade Runner album, and 44AyOl4qVkzS48vBsbNXaC from the original album Blue Hawaii.

If you listen through both albums, both versions of the songs will be in your recently played as expected. (https://api.spotify.com/v1/me/player/recently-played)

Unintuitive Way
The same Blade Runner album also features "Summer Wind" by Frank Sinatra. There are again 2 track IDs to play the song: 27k45gakYK0F23ucvEgQvH from the Blade Runner album, and 2cI7j96n1rfv4RNKuri4or from the original album Strangers In The Night.

If you listen through both albums, the track from the original album will be in your recently played list twice. (https://api.spotify.com/v1/me/player/recently-played).
Additionally, listening to the Blade Runner album in the Spotify client, once you get to "Summer Winds", the album art in the bottom left changes to the original album. This doesn't happen with "Can't Help Falling In Love". If you click the title of the song, it will bring you to the original album, which again doesn't happen with the other track.

Is this intended behaviour or maybe a bug?

As a note: the ISRC for both "Can't Help Falling In Love"s differ, while the "Summer Wind" tracks' do not.
