My Question or Issue

I had a student subscription and just renewed it today. I had to change email addresses because i transfered colleges. When I went to activate hulu, it said accounts for both my old email address and new email address existed but when i went to enter my password, it rejected me. I called the hulu support team and they said my account had been cancelled and to contact spotify. I looked at my plan on spotify and it says i am being charged $4.99 a month and that I am a student so renewing it worked. When I first signed up i could log into hulu instantly. I do not know why it is not working or how I can fix it.
