Can't accept invitation to join Duo - "Your addresses don't match"

My Question or Issue

Hello, I am getting the error message "you must reside at the same address", which we actually do, when trying to accept the invitation from my wife to join Duo Premium account: when typing, the address appears on the list and is found, and it's the same one as her, but nevertheless i am getting the error. 

 Can you help us please? Thanks a lot.

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community!

First off, we'd recommend that you make sure that the country set on your account matches the one on the plan manager's account. You can double check that on your account page.

If you're seeing the correct info, we suggest that you try accepting the invite again from a different device and using an incognito window. Also, make sure that you're using a local WiFi and you're not connected to any VPNs while accepting the invite.

Thanks, problem solved as I had to change country to match the original country of my wife (which is not the address we have now, but solved anyway) Thanks a lot.

My Question or Issue

My partner, who normally lives at the same address as me, is abroad and doesn't seem to be able to join Spotify from my Duo invitation. Can she join while away from the home address?
