My Question or Issue

I cannot have access to my premium service -3 months subscription after deleting the spotify app.

Hey @Komfo72, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

You will need to install the Spotify app if you wish to use Spotify Premium. You can also stream on a different device, or the Web Player. If you’re unable to use your Premium features anywhere, can you check your account status here? If it doesn’t say Premium, please follow the steps provided on this page. If it does say Premium, please let me know what’s happening in more detail, and I’ll take a look.
