Contraté los 3 meses de Spotify premium gratis. Mi suscripción terminaba el día 9 de septiembre, pero me hicieron el cargo 3 días antes, justamente antes de cancelar la suscripción.

Thanks for getting in touch about this in the Community! We hope you don't mind a reply in English as it's the official language of the Community. 

 

To begin with, you can check the exact date when you subscribed to the 3-month Premium offer by checking out your receipts. The payment should've been processed the exact same day, but 3 months later. So if you subscribed on June 6, for example, the charge must've been on September 6. 

 

However, if you prefer, you can contact our Support team and they'll help you check.
