My Question or Issue

Hello! My issue is, i don't have free premium subscription option for new users.

I registered my account when I'm was use a MTS mobile provider. In that case i had a 6 moth free premium subscription, but i changed my mobile provider to another and my 6 month is blocked.. I'm okay with that. But can i just use some free premium subscription like all new users, just to be shure that Spotify is that what i want)

Hello @ALexZzZay!

Thanks for coming to the Community. If you've previously used a Premium trial in the past, you're not eligible for another Premium trial. In this case, your only option would be a regular Premium subscription. Also keep in mind that if you've payed for a Premium subscription with a credit card in the past, you won't be elegible for a Premium trial with that card (even on a different account).

Hope this helps clear things up and let me know if there's anything else I can help with 🙂

Hi Jose! I never actually used my free trial. I signed up when I had a 6 month premium trial because my mobile provider was giving away this subscription as a promotion. But within a week after registration I changed my provider and of course lost 6 months of free use. I just want to get the usual free trial for "new users", because I have not used it, at least a month of free use to understand if the service is right for me or not) I don't ask for more. You can see the logs of using the service and make sure that I have not used it practically ... maximum 2-3 days in passive mode.

Hey @ALexZzZay

Thanks for getting back to us.

Keep in mind that it's not possible to obtain more than one free trial on your account, so we won't be able to do this.

If there's anything else we can help you with, don't hesitate to let us know.

Have a good one.
