Currently Duo, was Family Plan.

My Question or Issue

So basically, I changed from Family Plan to Duo because not enough people were using it to make the plan valuable enough to charge that much monthly. So what happened was I got charged one more time using Family Plan, I then cancelled the plan on November 6th, and immediately changed to the Duo plan using the same email account, it stated that the plan was going to charge us NEXT month on the 6th of December, but it charged us instantly after the change. Any fixes?
