Help regarding payment deducted twice

Could u pls tell me that upto when i got the spotify premium ? As the bill shoes ₹59 but ₹119 got deducted from my account pls clarify asap!!

If you want to see the date your plan expires, we'd recommend checking your Account page since it has that info under "Your plan" section here.

 

Also, if you had any failed attempts of subscription with the card, the bank may process an authorization charge to make sure the transaction is legit. This amount varies between banks and transactions, but it's automatically reverted to your card by the bank and the time it may take depends on the bank.

 

Lastly, if you still have questions about your payments, since we cannot access users' accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support directly, so they can check your account and help you further.
