My Question or Issue

Hi, I live and work in Poland, have subscribed to family acc, but my family is not able to accept invites, my family is in Belarus. I have tried changing my address to home address to Minsk and they still unable to accept invite and start using Spotify premium.
Please advise, if Spotify premium is not available for users in Belarus in current circumstances.
Thank you in advance

Hey @25946658,

Thanks for reaching out.

Unfortunately, all members of a Premium Family plan must reside at the same physical address as the plan owner (you).

I hope this clears things up 🙂

Hi Maxim,
Sounds as description in the plan. And thank you for trying to help me find a solution to it.  But also looks as I am unable to use that plan for my family.
I am a property owner in Belarus, my name is on the bills too, and even though I am away half the time for work it should not make me not a resident.

Anyway, would you know if switching to Premium Duo would work in my case? Just for me and my son, as it turned out my wife is not much interested in Spotify.

Thank you in advance.

Hey @25946658,

Unfortunately, it still won't work this way. All family members need to be living in the same country in which the Premium Family/Duo plan is created.

Hope this helps.
