My Question or Issue

The account I am using to send this does not have premium. However, I have another account on my phone that has premium, but I cannot find the email attached to it. It will only show my username which is y4hf9otyr95mlws6o00aofkme. I would like to cancel the premium subscription on that account. PLEASE HELP!!!

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out.

All new Spotify accounts have an automatically created username that usually is a string of letters and numbers. This allows our users to be able to choose a display name. 

If you only see the auto-generated username you can take a look here to see how to set up a display name.

When it comes to managing your account you should be able to log in on your account page with the username y4hf9otyr95mlws6o00aofkme and your password.

If your account was created via Facebook, it's possible that it doesn't have a registered email address but we have steps to solve that here.
