I paid fawry for 3 months duo and still didn't get my subscription

Hi there,

 

Thanks for reaching out. You can always check your account page to see the correct current status of your subscription. If you see your Duo there but not in the app, consider logging out, restarting the app and logging back in. If you don't see your plan on the account page, perhaps the payment didn't go through properly. If this is the case, consult your payment provider.

Same problem happened with me, i just paid with fawry and it still says that im on the free plan
