I signed up for premium & it used a default email. No idea how to log in

I signed up for premium & it used a default email. No idea how to log in

I'm not sure what happened when I went to purchase the student premium. I believe I did this June 14th and I have not been able to use it on my actual account. It signed me up under a default email and I have no idea how to sign in or switch it over to my actual account. Not on this account, but another random account using the email **********@**********.com

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community. We've removed your email address since this is a public forum, we hope you don't mind. 

 

This could happen if you use Apple's feature Hide My Email . We'd recommend that you check all the emails that you have and see if you have e-mail from Spotify. Make sure to check any Spam or Junk folders as well. 

 

If you can't find the email - we'd suggest that you go to your Settings and there you should be able to see the e-mail that you've set the forwarding to. You can follow this guide here
