My code for 6 month spotify premium won't work, what do I do?

I bought a spotify premium gift card for 6 months of spotify premium and the code shows up as incorrect.

Thanks for reaching out. Before redeeming your gift card code, keep in mind:

• If you bought your gift card from a retail store, it needs to be activated by the cashier.
• Spotify's codes are alphanumeric characters - capitalized alphabets, numbers, or a combination of both.
• Pay attention specially to O's and 0's, they might be confusing.

It might be worth trying this process using another browser or incognito mode too, to make sure this isn't a browser-related error. If after these steps, you're still not able to redeem your code, I'd recommend reaching out to Spotify's Customer Support team here with a picture of the card + receipt, so they can look into it.
