Paid but no premium

Hi

i get the student premium, verified my student status, fill my credit card info, paid and the web page said “cant process” but i went to my bank account and spotify took the money.

what can i do? 😞

I'd recommend checking the payment status on your bank statement. If it shows as pending or processing, it’s only a temporary authorization charge made by your payment provider. The funds will return shortly. 🙂

If you're still interested in Premium for Student, you can try it again in a different browser or different device. You could also try to use a different payment method.
