My Question or Issue

 

Hi..i had that 3 month free trial period account. Unfortunately i delete all the dates from my phone a few weeks ago and i wasn't able to found my Spotify account again... now i received a message that announced me that 4.99 euros were taken from my bank account for Spotify...i don't have access to that account anymore so i would like to stop the subscription...if i could receive a refund would be great but i know it's alse my fault for the mistake

How can i delete that account for all and cancel that subscription?.i want to get a premium plab for the new account but I can't pay both
