Says3 months free on my app but when I go to pay it says 1 month free.,, no way to contact Spotify?

Recently I noticed my free Spotify won’t show lyrics. So I went to upgrade because it says the Individual plan on my APP says 3 months free and $11.99/month. It also says on the app I cannot upgrade on the app and I need to go on the browser. When I go on the browser it is NOT offering the 3 months free only 1 month, wondering if anyone knows how to get the three months free? I screen shotted the difference. I know I seem cheap as **bleep** right now but times is hard around here, but I like listening to the French songs and trying to follow along to learn lol

In this case, the promotion is only valid if you click on its ad, thus getting the first three months free.
