My Question or Issue

I’ve been trying so many times for the past couple of days to change my payment details and pay for premium through mobile phone.

I changed my number, and before I thought when I do that, I would have to change payment details. I put the new number in, then got the pin, and now it isn’t working anymore. I’ve been trying private windows, different net browsers and such. 
How am I supposed to pay for premium through mobile bill then?
