Is there any specific error message you're seeing?

Could you try using a different network, device and an incognito window of your browser? If all of the above fails, try a different payment method.

Thank you very much for answering. I already tried those steps. I also tried to pay wiht 5 differents cards.

The error says that the payment failed, try again or try a different payment method.

We'd recommend checking if your payment method meets these requirements. If so, your bank or payment provider should be able to help you check if everything is in order on their side.

On another note, if you've tried multiple times, it's also worth waiting 24 hours and then trying again.
