Want to stop premium but impossible bc written applied for the free program

I want to stop paying for the premium program which I do have access to but can't stop it because it is written I applied for the free one. Could you please help me ?

If you can't display your Premium subscription in your account page (Account overview > Your plan) despite successfully starting it, it might be that you're accessing the wrong Spotify account.

It'd be great for you to follow the steps featured in this support site article to double-check whether you can find your Premium elsewhere and cancel it.
