Why the other person in Premium Duo plan can't get Premium?

She is still on Free plan but we both have the same address.

Thanks for reaching out. Even if you live in the same address, there are a few steps to follow to add another member to your Duo plan. I'd recommend checking out this Support article on how to do this. The other member should be added to your Duo plan as soon as she clicks on the invite link.
