Hi I have Premium Duo account which I share with my daughter. She has recently changed her phone and lost access to the account. I can't see a y option to resend an invite to her, so how can she access her Duo? Thanks Mark

I purchased a top up in January of this year. It says that it remains valid 12 months after purchase, but recently it says I only have 15 hours available. I should have 25, but maybe it’s just showing weird.
