I'm being charged 3 times each month for (at least) the past 6 months

I have been charged in my credit card 3 times each month for 3 different accounts, this has happened at least for the last 6 months. I can't do anything about it!!!

please help. I did not recieve the verification code for my premium spotify. How and where will i follow up? Do i need to link again my spotify account to my globe plan? That sucks.
