You couldn’t stay out in the storm for much longer. As you and your friend are making your way into the club trying to find some seats, your friend is having a hard time believing the words you’re saying. “I swear, they gave me a ride” you keep repeating, without getting much of a reaction from your doubting friend. To be fair, you’re still having a hard time believing what just happened yourself.

The gig starts. And you know what, it actually is that singer/songwriter that people speculated it would be. This is gonna be good! As you reach down your pocket for the wallet, you remember what’s in there. “Would this make you believe me?”. Your friend is speechless as you hand them the ticket.

What a day, and what a night. Quite unforgettable.
