My Question or Issue

I have a to-go-to playlist which has around 1300+ likes

Both playlist title and photo are being deleted after a while and Im not sure why. I tried putting a title name and replacing the picture but it kept on resetting

I tried updating the app itself. Logged in and out couple times. But it kept on happening

Hopefully, I wouldn’t need to delete / transfer this playlist 😢

Hope you can help me on this

Hi! Not sure where the URI code is but I posted the link above

Thank you!! Really appreciate your reply 😁

Hey @ClarissePorte,

Thanks for the post.

When we open the playlist we see what is on the screenshot.

If that's not the title and picture you've last uploaded, try doing so from a different device. It could help to use the Desktop version of the app on your computer.

Let us know if that works for you.

No more glitches for 4 hours (and counting). So im assuming its fixed already 😅 Don’t know how it got fixed But thank you very much!

Hey @ClarissePorte,

Thanks for the reply and for letting us know this works fine now.

Sometimes there are updates and changes done server side, so this might be a possible cause for the information not updating.

Don't hesitate to reach out again if you have questions 🙂

Hey @ClarissePorte,

Thanks for keeping us in the loop.

We checked the playlist and indeed it seems like the picture and the title got changed as they seem different compared to how they looked before.

Just to double-check-are there any changes when you try editing the playlist on another device?

Keep us posted.

Hi there @humbledrooster,

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

Can you let us know if this is happening only with this particular playlist?

Sometimes if another user finds the cover image or title of your playlist offensive, they can get reported and removed by the Spotify system. You can check your email address for any such notifications.

If this is happening to multiple playlists it might be a technical issue.

Looking forward to your reply.

Yes it's just about this specific playlist.

Hi there @humbledrooster,

Thanks for the reply.

Since it's affecting only this one specific playlist, it most likely was reported and our system removed the cover image and title. In this case it's best to move the tracks to another new playlist. Make sure the cover image you're uploading is not licensed art, and that the playlist name doesn't include any offensive words.

As I've said above, you most likely have received an email notification about this on the email address of your account. Note that it can be in the spam/ junk folder.

Hope this helps.
