Songs stopping and going back to start or app closing

Wether in online or offline mode my songs crash and have to be played from beginning and thats on downloaded as well as streaming. Some times the app crashes as well. Happening for months and last try before cancelling my subscription as very frustrating

On what device is this occurring on? 
It doesn't sound like expected behaviour at all. 

We'd also like to know if you've tried any troubleshooting so far. 
In case you haven't - we can start with removing the temporary cache data to see if that would make a difference.
And to take things a steps further if necessary - you can also perform the steps for a complete clean reinstall.
