We’re excited to hear about your 2024 Wrapped experience.

Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

I have the tab for it, but everytime i click on it its saying something went wrong and to reload, which doesn’t work. I’ve tried internet and data and the same is happening for my partner

The 'Wrapped' tab has appeared, but when I click on it, it just says "Something went wrong". I tried my computer but it isn't there at all.

From what I've seen, you need to have at least 30 songs listened to for at least 30 seconds each and 5 unique artists. I've complied with all those eligibility criteria, but still nothing.

The only thing I can think of is the fact that this is a new account. I had to switch accounts in June, but I didn't think that would mean no wrapped at all.

My wifi is fine and the app is fully updated, before anyone mentions that. Does anyone know what's up with this, I was really looking forward to it 😕

I'm not sure if everyone else is having the same issue but I'm getting artists I listened to a YEAR ago. I barely listened to my top 4 artist and my top 2..to be honest it just seems like they picked little by little from every singular month(specifically January) instead of picking a song/artist I had the most minutes with

My Question or Issue

Tried accessing this years spotify wrapped, my 2024 playlist shows up but nothing else. Try clicking on the “wrapped” tab and it shows up as “something went wrong, have another go?”. Have tried deleting and reinstalling app, logging out and logging back in, offloading app from storage and reinstalling it. Nothing working. Please help?

Hi I am writing from Italy, iOS, my profile says: “ we don’t have your wrapped this year” . In my opinion this is unacceptable!

who thought that it was a good idea to remove the top genres. who? this feels like they put zero effort into it. there were no additional things apart from that stupid " cowgirl coffee strutting pop crying monday mix" thing. who asked for that? to think that i pay premium for this app because of the wrapped feature instead of just listening to music on YouTube and this is how they choose to repay all their listeners. they made us wait longer and for what? slop. absolute slop! companies really need to stop treating their users like gum on their shoes and actually cater top what is the mass wish. this might just be the downfall of spotify.

The link gets you to a QR code which only directs you to the app, which can be inconvenient if you're having trouble accessing wrapped through the app itself

Hi, i have a problem with the spotify wrapped, it is completely inaccurate. I agree with some songs but having Darkside from Alan Walker on 3rd place? Definitely not, i listenes to different songs way more than this one. I would love you to go through that again please. I was excited for it the whole yeah and this is an disappointment. Also, the spotify stats has it completely different and looks way more accurate that what spotify wrapped gave me.

I’m so sad. I’ve been waiting all year for my Spotify wrapped and it came out with my top artists and songs as someone that I have never listened to. Like not once. I’m so upset I was so excited for Sabrina Carpenter to be my top

My wrapped was dubious. It says I only had 29k mins listened and seem to put in the top songs things I listened too last winter.

I have a problem with my wrapped,  my podcast wrapped is't available and I know for sure that a lot of song I heard this year there aren't in my top song 2024.

I’m curious about the data used for Wrapped 2024:

What counts as a "played" song? Does it need to be fully listened to?
What’s the tracking period?
Are offline plays, short tracks, or other cases excluded?

I’ve seen details about past Wrapped releases, but I don’t know if they apply this year. Clarifying this would be great for fans who love exploring their stats!

Hi! I have a non premium accout and can only use the web version is there a way to see my wrapped?

I had the 'something went wrong' issue, but I was able to view my spotify wrapped by googling 'spotify wrapped 2024' and clicking 'your 2024 wrapped' (on spotify web player). Clicking the link to the website opened my Spotify app and I was able to view it there (Still getting something went wrong pop up if I try to view it directly through the app). Hope this helps!
