Could you confirm that Data Saver is OFF both in the app's and your device's settings? If you haven't already, try logging out and signing back in to your account twice in a row - this triggers an internal refresh of the app. It's also worth performing a clean reinstall of the app to make sure you're running the latest version of Spotify.
Note that not all songs on Spotify have a Canvas. The feature is also available in select markets, so if you're not seeing it in the app's Settings > Playback it might not be available to you at this time. We're continuously looking for opportunities to expand it to more regions though, and we recommend keeping your app up-to-date to ensure you get the feature once it becomes available. You can also vote and subscribe to this idea to receive any updates on the topic.

Hello thank you for your help but it doesn't work despite all the suggestions you suggested me to make canvas. Although the canvas feature is available in my region, it does not work even though the application is up to date and the canvas feature is on.

Just to check, does Canvas work with your account on different devices? You could try logging in from a mobile device. Additionally, try logging in with a different account on your iPad and check if Canvas works. This will help us know if it's device or account-related.
On another note, did the option work before?

Hello, first of all, thank you for trying to help me. Secondly, canvas works on my phone, there is no problem, but when I log in with another Spotify account on my iPad, canvas does not work again. Finally, canvas never worked on my device.

Thanks for your reply in this thread. We don't have any info about the availability of the Canvas feature on desktops or tablets. Right now, it's only available on mobile devices.
Now, it seems other users feel the same way, and an idea to add the feature to the desktop app and tablets has already been suggested here - feel free to add your vote to it!
