About 50% of the time, I open the spotify app and all I see is "The Browse feature is unavailable in offline mode" and I am unable to play any music or even look at my playlists. I have been instructed to delete the app, restart my phone, and reinstall the app when this happens. This solution works occasionally, but then all my synced music is no longer synced.

 

I am running Spotify version 0.9.1.230 on the iPhone 4S, and I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem or if there are any better solutions out there. After this month, I will surely cancel my Spotify Premium account if the problems persist.

What connection are you using? Wifi or 4g? Also it might help to update to the latest version of Spotify.

Shot in the dark time.........do you have Collection, latterly relabled as "Your Music" by any chance?

Its still called Collection on iOS (at least for me!).
