Bluetooth Iphone won't connect

Hello ,

I am having a problem with my iphone not connection to my car. the phone is conencted to the stereo however it only plays on the phone and not on the vehicle. On the stereo screen it shows the song I am playing but won't play in the car speakers. any ideas?

I unfortunately have had this happen to me too on rare occasion, but it always corrects itself right after I restart my car (it's a Mazda, but not sure if that makes a difference.)
99% of the time it's hop in, connect and go, but I have never been able to pinpoint a reason why. It may have to do with the infotainment system or just a bad connection.
Definitely can be frustrating when I realize it after I've shifted into Drive. 😛
