I can’t get my wife to join my duo plan

I can’t get my wife to join my duo plan

We both have the same address typed but it doesn’t seem to work in any way

Hi there,

 

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out!

 

Have you entered your street number in the address on your Duo page? If so, try removing it and sending her another invite to the plan to see if that does the trick. It's also worth checking that both of your accounts are located in the same country.

my husband is still not able to join and I tried doing that also

Thanks for posting here and welcome.

 

Would you mind sharing with us exactly what you've tried? That way we'll avoid repeating ourselves.

 

In this case, we'd suggest you make sure your husband is putting the exact same address you added to your plan. You can double-check the address by going to your account page> Manage members. There under Your Address, you can check the address.

 

Here there are other things you can try:

  • You can recommend your husband to try to join the plan from a different device from the one they've been using.
  • He can also try to join from an incognito window, making sure the address is the exact same as you added.

If the above doesn't do the trick, and you've checked you both have set the same region/country on your account, would you mind sending us a screenshot of the error they received when trying to join?

 

Note: Be aware this is a public space, so please don't share any personal info on the screenshot you'll send us.
