If you get ads while listening to podcasts, note that some episodes may include advertising, host-read endorsements, or sponsorship messages. For more info check out this thread.

In case you get ads while listening to music, it's possible that you're currently logged in to a Free account instead, so log out and try logging in to your Premium one with all email address/password combinations you might have used when signing up. The account could have also been created with Facebook, Google or Apple so be sure to try out those alternatives as well.

In case you're unable to log in to the Premium account on your own, it's best you reach out to the folks over at Customer Support as they're the ones who can help out further and provide you with more insight on the matter.

Could you let us know what you're listening to when the issue occurs? Is it music tracks or podcasts?
