Hey there,


Thanks for reaching out.

 

In that case, it sounds as if you've subscribed to Premium using a different account than the one you're currently logged into within the app.


You should have received an email from Spotify containing your receipt. Your account's username should be stated on the receipt, so I recommend using it for logging into the app.
