Not sync the songs in offline for iphone 5S

Hi there, I'm from Argentina. I'm a Premium user and the first time I download spotify on my phone I choose a couple of playlists to download offline. Some of them did but others don't. I have wifi at home and at my work. The weird thing I can see on the playlists that haven't been download yet is that on some songs an exclamation marc on orange is situated besides it, and I don't know what It means. I haven't download the 3.333 songs you are available yet so I need help to know why aren't they sync to my phone.

I have a couple that did!! Please help me understand what the exclamation means!

That ! symbol tends to mean a lack of space on the device you're syncing to. Could that be the case here? Depending on how much you're syncing, we'd recommend 1GB+.
