Premium account is not activating

Premium account is not activating

Hello,

I've bought a premium suscription via yoigo and my spotify appears to be still free. I've tried shutting down the app and logging back, reinstalling the app in both devices: mackbook and iphone and nothing.

I´ld be grateful for any help.
