Premium user playing an album starts playing suggested music

I just started paying for Spotify again today after a few months of trying Apple Music. I cued up an album and then after 4 songs it stared playing something entirely different that's not even in my library.

I searched the forums and it says to turn Autoplay off (I have already), and to restart the app (I have, five times), reinstall the app (I just installed it today), or some other stuff about shuffling a playlist (this isn't a playlist).

Honestly I don't know this most basic thing doesn't work. Until May 2017 I was a happily paid Spotify user for years that never experienced this problem. If it doesn't work I'm leaving Spotify again after a record one day tenure.

This is the album I listen to that causes the problem every time. Not every album does.

Also, I've had this problem when listening to music that's synced to the device and when it's not.

See screenshots. It's says it's playing a suggested track but Autoplay is off! The album had only played one song so far.
