I would like to change the speed of the podcast I downloaded on the watch to listen to while I'm running

We're afraid it's not possible to change the podcast speed on Apple Watch at the moment. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us and will make sure to pass it onto the right team, as we always strive to improve your experience.
