Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

 

In this case, we'd like to gather some additional info. Would you mind sending us a full description of what's exactly happening on your side? Are you unable to download content to listen to offline? Or can you download the content but not play it offline? It'd be awesome if you could send us as many details as possible.


On another note, would you mind sharing with us the make/model and OS of the affected device, along with the Spotify version you're running there? Is your account Premium or is it on our free service?


Lastly, did you notice if this started to happen after a specific event, such as an OS update? If yes, please send us the details.
